Service Description
This date and time are available for a private workshop at your home, office, Clubhouse, etc.! You provide the food and beverage and we will guide you step-by-step in creating your beautiful and unique arrangement. At the workshop you will learn how to keep your succulents happy and thriving, as well as how to design and plant your arrangement that is sure to be the centerpiece of your winter décor. There will be a variety of decorative elements and toppings to put the finishing touches on your terrarium. *TERMS & CONDITIONS* This succulent potting party is limited to 15 people. Pricing and craft will be discussed upon reserving this time slot.
Cancellation Policy
At You Had Me At Aloe Co., we're dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences rooted in the beauty and benefits of succulents. Our vision is to provide unique, plant-centric experiences and products that foster creativity, community, and sustainability. Through engaging workshops, unforgettable events, and curated succulent products, we aim to inspire and educate people about the wonders of succulents. WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS & FEES To ensure an optimal experience, we require a minimum of 10 participants for all workshops. Forty-eight hours before the event, we will confirm attendance to meet this requirement. In the event that the minimum is not met, the host may opt to cover the difference or cancel the reservation. A non-refundable booking fee of $75 applies to all private group reservations, securing your spot on our calendar and allowing us to prepare adequately for your event. For larger gatherings or special requests, please reach out to us at youhadmeataloeco@gmail.com, and we'll gladly explore additional options with you. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable and are solely for securing a private experience and ensuring a well-equipped and staffed event for you and your guests. PRODUCT BILLING For seamless billing, all products created during the event can be settled on a single invoice, or guests can individually pay for their seats through a designated booking link. If working within a budget, you have the flexibility to pre-select the products offered to your guests, with booking fees non-refundable but applicable towards meeting the minimum requirement. FOOD, BEVERAGE, & DECOR For private events and workshops, the provision of food, alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages is at the host's discretion. You Had Me At Aloe Co., LLC assumes no liability associated with these offerings. We take pride in tailoring our decor and crafts to your event's theme. For special requests, please email us at youhadmeataloeco@gmail.com, and we'll discuss additional options available. CANCELLATIONS Booking fees are non-refundable. Cancelling or rescheduling an event with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your entire deposit and require an additional non-refundable booking fee for rescheduling. This policy ensures that we can adequately prepare staff members and craft supplies for your event and prevent others from booking during the reserved time.
